It has a close proximity to London, with the train station close by and a 45/50 min journey into the Capital.

Web Developer (£22k / £25k)

The role involves taking ownership of single license Wordpress builds, as well as scoping (wireframing, costings), directing the design team, through to development and deployment. You will be working closely with the Honest team and will also deal with our clients and suppliers. You must be able to manage your time effectively/efficiently.

As an ever-growing company, the agency must be at the forefront of all things digital. A wider understanding of digital tasks such as email campaigns, SEO (Google Analytics / Webmaster tools), deployment of Google Apps and web services would be a huge advantage, as would previous experience working within an agency.

Although our CMS of choice is Wordpress, the team also needs to work with other technologies and languages, and therefore a knowledge of Magento and ASP (classic and .NET) would be advantageous.

Requirements: Minimum 18 months experience as a web developer

- Knowledge of SEO best practices

Junior Web Developer (£18k / £22k) - Position taken

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Web Developer. You will be working on multiple projects for our clients, and will need to take an active role in the development process; from site mapping through to front end coding. You'll mainly be working on single license Wordpress builds.

You will be working closely with the Honest team and will also deal with our clients and suppliers on occasion.

To fit into this supportive, close-knit, passionate team, you will be eager to learn from the vast experience of those already within the business, and must be bright, keen, articulate and looking for a fresh challenge to further your career. You will receive a certain amount of 'on the job' training which will help improve your skill set.
