The brief

Hundred of millions of Cambridge exams and assessments are taken worldwide, that open up opportunities and adventures for learners all over the world. We were tasked with creating a commercial that highlights the trust these learning institutions have in Cambridge University Press & Assessments, their products as well as support to help deliver the best learning and results to their learners.

Our approach

We created a narrative that was driven forward by a presenter figure who is also an English teacher, Rebecca. Rebecca went on to visit schools in Brazil and Vietnam, two of the biggest markets for Cambridge University Press & Assessment, to talk to learners, teachers, and decision makers about their experience in learning and teaching with Cambridge English programmes and curriculums. We partnered with award-winning production company Vidoo Film, as well as working closely with Cambridge’s regional representatives to get a close and thorough understanding of the local teaching and learning culture. By being able to meet real students and teachers in their own schools and classrooms, we were able to authentically portray the energetic learning environment and sense of collaboration between these institutions and Cambridge.

The results

In the first two weeks of launch, the campaign video garnered over 4 million views combined between the 60seconds and 30 second edits, with the view count now sits at over 13 million views one month after launch. We have received great feedback from the client, both from internal and external audience.
