The brief

To design the new 2020 Annual Report, a very important piece of communication that highlights the year’s shocking statistics.

Our approach

We started the project by turning the printed Annual report into a digital report, this felt more aligned to the charity as an internet charity. We opted for a PWA (Progressive Web App) platform for this, this enabled their wide and varied audience, from MP’s to heads of tech companies to students wanting instant access to the statistics and easily downloadable. ‘Face the facts’ was then developed to launch the campaign, a compelling advertising campaign rolled out on social media.
Craig Easton was the photographer behind these thought-provoking images. We hope this report and campaign raises awareness of this worldwide issue and the work that IWF do to remove millions of images and videos showing the sexual abuse of children. #FaceTheFactsIWF

The results

Moving a traditional printed report to an online web app has increased the accessibility of the vital statistics and work that IWF do.
